VIDEOGRAPHER/PRODUCER
Gary Heaney
Gary has over 30 years experience in the customer service and corporate branding industries. While being involved daily in many aspects of T1M’s business, Gary continues to bring creative and technical strength in the pre and post production department. His creative and realistic approach turns ideas and visions into on-screen realities. Gary has shot and edited over 300 video projects over the past five years while staying up to date on cutting edge technology. He possesses knowledge of various audio & video systems ranging from camera equipment to post production equipment, plus a great understanding of Mac & PC computers & operating systems, a user of both Apple Final Cut Pro & Adobe Premiere Pro editing platforms. Familiar with Aja Kona & Matrox video cards and the closed captioning & mastering process. He understands RED, XDCAM, HDCAM, P2, HDV, DigiBeta, BetaSP etc. formats & workflows and file compressions.
He plans to continue his growth as a professional producer and editor who is respected by the quality of his work. More projects involving short films, pitch videos, features and various web series’ are in the works.

Dominic Chan
Dominic’s award winning photographic images have been published worldwide and international photo agencies rely on Dominic’s capturing and delivery capability to supply critical images to over 35 countries used by newspapers, magazines, and news/entertainment web portals. Dominic’s photographs have been published in People Magazine, Hello Canada and UK editions, Entertainment Weekly and locally in the Toronto Sun.

Fay Noble
With over 20 years in direct sales and brand marketing, Fay fills a variety of roles within our organization, and it certainly varies in any given week, but her major responsibilities include identifying future business opportunities and managing relationships with key clients, existing or not.

Rob Russell
Rob has over 30 years of experience in technology related fields. He spent 22 years with TD Bank where he managed IT for the Electronic Banking Division which included Visa, ATMs, Call Centers and Internet Banking. A member of the Bank’s Hardware and Software Standard’s committee he implemented key initiatives like a national help desk for Debit Terminals, Kodak Computer aided file retrieval system, Melita incoming call distribution system. Current installations include Vmware, Linux Servers, Exchange Mail Servers, SugarCRM (highly customised), MySQL based Financing System, and ecommerce .
WEB PROGRAMING
Jarkko Laine
Jarkko holds an M.Sc.Eng Degree Program in Industrial Management and Engineering, majors in business economics and software engineering, minor in telecommunications. He has over five years’ experience in design, implementation, optimization and coding (SQL, PL/SQL, PL/pgSQL) of relational databases used in large-scale web sites like Greenpeace Planet and is IBM DB2 Certified Specialist and Solutions Expert (February 2003).

Joanna Masotti
Joanna brings twenty years of experience to T1M. From design studios in both London England and Toronto she worked for over 9 years building a solid foundation which lead her to a very successful freelance career over the past 11 years.
